Fire Fighting Manufacturer NAFFCO selects Stertil-Koni

Super Technical FZCO, which is Stertil-Koni’s exclusive distributor for the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Saudi Arabia, has supplied six ST 1085 FWA wireless mobile column vehicle lifts for NAFFCO’s chassis assembly line in Dubai. With these heavy duty vehicle lifts NAFFCO is able to work on their ARFF, fire trucks and special rescue vehicles.

An Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) of 39 ton lifted with Stertil-Koni ST 1085 mobile column vehicle lifts. 

The Stertil-Koni ST 1085 FWA mobile columns are the most suitable lifting solution for tyres 24.00R21 and 16.00R20, and to conduct end of line inspection in the chassis assembly line, according to NAFFCO. 

For safe, accessibility to all parts of the vehicle and with flexibility and convenient manoeuvrability, the Stertil-Koni mobile column lifts are ideal for assembly lines and workshops for service, maintenance and repair. The lifting capacity of the ST 1085 FWA per mobile column is 8,500 kg. 
The synchronisation system of the Stertil-Koni mobile column vehicle lifts is activated at a height difference of just 15 mm. This ensures safe and smooth lifting and lowering cycles, even in the event of an extremely uneven load distribution. The fully independent, gravity operated, always on, mechanical locking system is for ultimate safety.
