Scissor ECOLIFT

The Stertil-Koni Scissor ECOLIFT is the vehicle industry’s first U.S. patented, ultra-shallow, full-rise axle-engaging in-ground scissor lift not requiring any lift components being embedded in the concrete.

Available in a 2, 3 or 4-Scissor configuration, total lifting capacities of 27t, 40t and 54t respectively with 13.5t per scissor.

Wheel-free Maintenance

The Stertil-Koni in-ground scissor ECOLIFT is suitable for wheel-free maintenance and is very cost-effective to install. Access to the lift is optimal as the system is fully flush with the workshop floor.

Ultra-Shallow Construction

The ECOLIFT shallow-pit construction has a depth of just 1/2 of the lifting height. With an installation depth of just 0.87 m, the ECOLIFT is the answer to situations with bedrock, water table or unstable soil conditions.

Easy Installation

Not only is the installation depth extremely low, the ECOLIFT arrives on site pre-assembled and tested. ECOLIFT is a drop-in/bolt-in design, which makes the installation a breeze. Additionally, the ECOLIFT is the only re-locatable in-ground lifting system in the world.

ECO60 with 2 Scissors

ECO60 is available in three different versions. The movable scissor is available with three working ranges.

ECO90 with 3 Scissors

ECO90 has 3- scissors of which two are moveable, very suitable for multiple axle vehicles.

ECO120 with 4 Scissors

ECO120 has 4-Scissors of which three are moveable, very suitable for multiple axle vehicles for example articulated buses.

Space-Saving, Continuous Recess

Utilising the Continuous Recess® system, the ECOLIFT is designed to accommodate vehicles with extremely low ground clearances. The moveable lifting mechanism can recess below floor level anywhere within the range of travel.

The pit covers are made from anodised aluminium and are equipped with a skid resistant surface. The covers are capable of handling a wheel load of 6,000 kg as well as a point load of 3,400 kg on a 5 x 5 cm contact ares, as would occur, for example, with a support stand leg.

Innovative Design

The covers are driven hydraulically with an inverted rack and pinion system, sliding on a corrosionresistant, self-cleaning surface. An industry proven control system, with electronic synchronisation Utilising real-time feedback, ensures smooth and safe operation.

As standard, the control system includes a provision to restrict the maximum lifting height. “The ECOLIFT can be supplied in a 2, 3 or 4-Scissor configuration. The available ranges of horizontal travel for ECOLIFT moveable lifting units are 3,000, 4,000 and 5,200 mm. This flexibility allows service of vehicles including articulated buses, fire and rescue vehicles as well as multiple-axle trucks.”

Cost-Effective Installation & Relocation Possible

The Stertil-Koni ECOLIFT is a good in-ground cost-effective alternative if you really want to have an in-ground in your workshop but find other in-ground lift systems too expensive due to high installations costs, then the ECOLIFT is the ideal solution.The ECOLIFT is so versatile, that if you are moving your workshop location you can take the Stertil-Koni ECOLIFT with you, unlike most in-ground lifts which are permanently installed and cannot be relocated.

Ready for the future

With its high lifting capacity, movable front lifting mechanism in a continuous recess and broad range of adapters, the ECOLIFT is suitable for a diverse vehicle fleet. Additionally, since the ECOLIFT is drop-in/bolt-in, it is easily relocated.

Options

Detachable, Wired Remote Control: Full function remote control, with emergency stop, operates in addition to standard controls on the console and is fully approved for use on the workshop floor. The result: convenient and safe positioning of the lift to the vehicle.
Adapters: Standard selection included. Special adapters are available.
Adapter stand: For safe and easy storage of adaptors and cover plates.
Biodegradable hydraulic fluid
Automatic wheel base positioning (AWBP) system for the moveable lifting unit, allows for pre-set programming an endless number of vehicles which can be saved and activated.
Special lift configurations are available.

Maximum Safety

The ECOLIFT is designed with a robust mechanical locking system, independent of the hydraulic cylinder. The mechanical locking system is active throughout the lifting range. When lowered into the locks, the vehicle is fully supported, with no pressure remaining in the hydraulic system.

The unique lifting scissors are fabricated from 5 cm thick, high strength steel, providing an unparalleled level of stability and safety.
