Extended Tandem Configurations

For long vehicles the Stertil-Koni 4-Post lift can be extended in tandem configuration, ideal for articulated buses and other long vehicles up to 11.5 metres.

The design of the Stertil-Koni 4-Post lift means that jacking beams can also be mounted to the lift allowing for more space on the workshop floor for example with wheel changes.

Full-colour touchscreen control

The ST 4175 and ST 4250 incorporates Stertil Koni's revolutionary ebright Smart Control System. This is a 7" fullcolour touchscreen with owner/user-configurable options. ebright allows two 4-Post lifts in tandem configuration to be operated at the same time. Presenting all relevant information at a glance.

Safety: Independent Locking System

Mechanical Locking: the highly safe Stertil-Koni patented gravity mechanical locking system works entirely independently of the lifting system and is permanently enabled.

Hydraulic: each lifting cylinder is fitted with an oil flow control valve that is enabled throughout the lifting process. The specially integrated overpressure valve prevents overloading on each lifting unit.

Maximum safety: The Stertil-Koni 4-post vehicle lifts meet the most stringent safety requirments in the world. The CE (Europe), ALI-ETL (USA) and CSA (Canada) hallmark is standard.

ST 4175

This lift has a lifting capacity of 17,500 kg. Available in platform lengths from 6 up to 11.5 m.

Often used to accommodate low clearance vehicles.

ST 4250

This lift has a capacity of 25,000 kg. Available platform lengths from 6 up to 11.5 m. Tandem configurations are possible.

Superior Technology

The hydraulic system for the 4-post lifts are electronically controlled. This ensures a smooth lifting an lowering cycle, even in the event of an extremely uneven load distribution of the vehicle. With the absence of wear-susceptible parts (eg ropes and pulleys) maintenance is reduced to a minimum for our four post vehicle lifts. Other innovative features are: programmable lifting height, impact resistant LED lights that switch on and off automatically above floor level and a warning signal for foor protection.

Flexible installation width

The absence of any crossbeams between the platforms allows the ideal width to be set at the time of installation, ensuring easy access for personnel and for axle stands transmission jacks and others. the platforms can be adjusted on both sides. tthis signficantly extends the working range of the 4-post vehicle lifts.
